She aims to develop a diverse and unique style of essay writing, pioneering new forms in the local literary scene. About the author<\/strong><\/h6>

Cheung Yuen-Man is a Hong Kong writer and language tutor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is the author of the essay collections The Uneven Treetops<\/em> (2022) and You Are Here – Stories of Campus Cats<\/em> (2020); and the novel collections Farewell & together<\/em>(2025), Those were the Cats<\/em> (2019), Dust in the Wind<\/em> (2017) and Sweet Honey<\/em> (2004). Those were the Cats<\/em> and Dust in the Wind<\/em> won the Recommendation Award of the Chinese Literature Biennial Award. She was also awarded the Jury Prize of the Times Literary Awards (2013), the First Prize of the Joint Literary New Talent Award (2012), and the Merit Award of the Hong Kong Literary Awards for Fiction (2010).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
